Contact Mode : Enrolment by 31st March, 2007. Classes will be held in Kolkata only for the time being. Classes will normally be held in the evenings ( 6 P.M. - 8.15 P.M.) 4 days a week. Distance Learning Mode : Candidates can enroll any time during April-June,2007. Study materials, Test Papers and Practical Exercises will be provided. Some short contact programmes on some selected topics maybe organized for Distance Learning Candidates at important cities. Examination and Certificate : The examinations will be conducted and certificates issued by IAPQR. Course Fees : A. Contact Mode : Rs.25,000.00
B. Distance Learning Mode : Rs.15,000.00 (for Indian candidate)
