The Seminar will cover papers of both invited and contributory nature. Specific case studies are also welcome. Abstract in about 300 words should be forwarded to the Convener by May 31, 2008. Acceptance will be communicated within 15 days. Full text of accepted paper should be submitted by August 14, 2008 along with electronic (MS Word) and hard copies sent to:
