IAPQR is pleased to offer a Preparatory Course for ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Examination at IAPQR premises at AD-276, Salt Lake City, Sector-I, Kolkata-700 064.

The detailed information are as follows:

• Course Duration	8 weeks commencing from July 24, 2010
• Schedule of Sessions	4 session (each of 75 minutes) starting from 12:00 noon on Saturdays and Sundays (Refreshment will be provided)
• Study Material	To be provided on selected topics
• Mock Test	On penultimate Saturday
• Discussion	On last Saturday
• Guidance for Project Work	To be provided
• Next ASQ Examination	On December 4, 2010; last date for application - October 15, 2010. Examination fee of US $335 payable to ASQ
• Registration	On or before 5 July 2010
• Fees	Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees twenty thousand) only payable at the time of registration for the Preparatory Course
N.B.: Candidate opting for IAPQR Examination and Certification are required to register by October 22, 2010. The fee payable for IAPQR certification is Rs. 5,000.00 (Rupees five thousand) only.
